I read this book after Shaw's later book, [b:Generational IQ: Christianity Isn't Dying, Millennials Aren't the Problem, and the Future is Bright|26874532|Generational IQ Christianity Isn't Dying, Millennials Aren't the Problem, and the Future is Bright|Haydn Shaw|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1444130033s/26874532.jpg|46919362]. Though a lot of the information was repeated, I did find lots of new nuggets, and saw a lot of helpful insight to the way that our church staff interacts with each other.
